Rates and prices

The prices that are shown in the apartment’s description correspond to the minimum price per apartment and per night, and they are subjected to variation by number of guests and season.
Apartments Be Barcelona reserves the right to change the prices displayed on the website at any time and any season of the year. These changes do not affect in any way to reservations already confirmed by Apartments Be Barcelona. But yes shall apply if a guest will request modifications on a prior confirmed reservation.


Availability

The availability of apartments managed by Apartments Be Barcelona will always be updated in real time on our website, except for those apartments which do not have the option for direct booking. In this case, the system will allow you to send us an e-mail so we will confirm you in some hours the availability by e-mail. The confirmation of availability and information about the prices of the apartment for the selected dates will not be in any case a confirmed reservation. If you wish to continue with the booking process, you can contact Apartments Be Barcelona by e-mail or telephone.


Booking confirmation

Once you have made a reservation and provided the pre-booking amount of 20 % of the total price for the stay, the booking can be considered confirmed. Within 24h Apartments Be Barcelona will send you an e-mail to the email address indicated in the confirmation for further information and for a proper organization of the check in.


Payment methods

Payment of the pre-booking fee (equivalent to 20 % of the total price of the stay) can be paid by credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or bank transfer. If you choose to pay by bank wire, please send us a copy of the confirmation of the transaction by e-mail. Apartment Be Barcelona, after receiving the wire, will answer by e-mail to the email address indicated in the reservation request, to definitively confirm the reservation.
The remaining amount (80 % of the total price of the stay) will be paid in cash on the day of arrival, at the check in. Unless that the guest prefer to pay it by bank transfer or by paypal before prior to the arrival day.


Modify a confirmed booking

Reservations confirmed by Apartments Be Barcelona can be modified by the guest at any time and without additional charged to be paid. Apartments Be Barcelona will do its best to meet the needs of their guests, making these modifications effective if availability permits. Modifications can be requested by e-mail and they need to be confirmed by Apartments Be Barcelona. The guest can request a modification in the date of arrival, departure, or in the number of guests or changes in the extra services contracted at the time of booking. Requests about changing the apartment reserved can not be considered as a modification, they will always be treated as a cancellation (see paragraph on cancellation policies).

Cancellation Policy

Reservations confirmed by Apartments Be Barcelona can be canceled without additional charge up to 30 days before the arrival of the guest. Within 30 days prior to this date in no case the amount, paid as deposit, will be refunded.


Number of guests allowed in the apartments

The number of guests staying in an apartment can not exceed the number of guests indicated by the booking confirmation. If on the day of the arrival, at the check in, the number of guests does not match the one indicated by the booking, the member of Apartments Be Barcelona responsible for the guest check in, will have all the right to ask the difference in price to the occupants, as long as the apartment allows more capacity.
If the guests are less than the one indicated on the booking, the guest has to inform Apartments Be Barcelona prior to his arrival. Otherwise Apartments Be Barcelona can not compensate the guest for difference of the total price.


Payment of remaining amount, damage deposit and cleaning fee

Is a prerequisite for the guest occupying an apartment to pay to the responsible of the check in authorized by Apartments Be Barcelona the remaining amount of the total price of the stay, the damage deposit specified in the booking confirmation (from 150 € to 1000 €) and the cleaning fee. These amounts have to be paid at the moment of the check in. Failure to pay such amounts specified in the booking confirmation, the member of Apartments Be Barcelona in charge of the check in will have the right to refuse the entry of the guests in the apartment.

The damage deposit will be returned to the guest at check out, before living the apartment, once the condition of the apartment and of everything inside will have been checked by the responsible of Apartments Be Barcelona.

The apartment booked with Apartments Be Barcelona will be delivered cleaned and equipped with bed linen and bath towel sets for every guest. The cleaning fee varies based on the square meters of the apartment booked and the maximum number of guests allowed in it. You can at any time request additional cleaning services. Andrea, Michael and Mirko, our efficient cleaning team, will be happy to meet your requests at any time of day!

The day of check out, we will kindly ask you to leave the apartment in an acceptable condition of cleanness. Otherwise we will be forced to deduct from the damage deposit the amount of an additional cleaning. So please take care of the apartments and treat it as it was your own house!


Rules of behavior

Apartments Be Barcelona will kindly ask to all its guests to respect some simple rules of behavior:

Always remember to carry out the keys with you. If you need to ring the bell of the apartment, please, be sure to ring the appropriate bell to avoid disturbing the neighbors.

Parties in the apartments are strictly prohibited. Barcelona has a lively nightlife and its bars are opened late at night, so please do not do parties at home. If the neighbors will contact us for noises, we will have to ask you to leave the apartment without any refund. The neighbors also are entitled to call the police that will quickly attend to the apartment and will write a ticket on you. Under no circumstances Apartments Be Barcelona will take on the ticket, so be aware...

Noises can’t be done from 22:00 h onwards. This include: music, television, washing machine… don’t be noisy at home, especially during the night.

Please Respect the other tenants in the building, do not be noisy in the common areas of the building, especially the stairs and into the elevator.

Garbage should be placed in the containers located outside the building. It should never be left inside the building or outside the apartment’s door.

Please, be sure to turn off all the lights and all electrical devises when leaving the apartment.

Please do not bring towels to the beach.

No additional guests are allowed under any circumstances without our authorization.

Ba Apartments Barcelona, unfortunately, can not be responsible for any objects declared lost in the apartments.

Please assure that the apartment is in good condition before check out: wash the dishes, throw away the garbage, at the check out every detail will be checked, so to not lose your deposit, be sure to have a good behavior in the apartment! .

Notes

Loss of keys: 100 € (the loss of the keys involve changing the lock).

Damage to television, the washing machine, the fridge and all electrical appliances that were fine once you booked the apartment: loss of damage deposit paid at check-in.

Parties and noises reported by neighbors or police: Apartments Be Barcelona will be forced to ask you to leave the apartment without any refund of the proportion part of the rental or the damage deposit.

For damages reported to minor items, a representative amount will be charged.

Please take care not to use the towels as bath mat and be sure to not have make up on when you use them. Each towel damaged or stained or discolored, will have to be discounted (5 € for each small towel and 10 € for each large towel) from the damage deposit given to the member of Apartments Be Barcelona in charge of your check-in.


Check in and Check out

Apartments Be Barcelona particularly cares its check in service. We have been tourists in this huge and wonderful city and we now know how important is to have a good guide at the beginning and to receive information that will make you enjoy all the time you decide to dedicate to Barcelona.
For a proper organization of the check in we ask all our guests to inform us in advance about the arrival time and about the transportation you will use to get to the apartment. And, most important, we will ask you to call us at this number: +34 645065378 once at Barcelona airport/Barcelona train station/Barcelona bus station.
Thus we know approximately what time you will arrive at the apartment, where we will meet for the first time (or second, or third... hopefully!), We will give you the keys of the apartment and will give you information about Barcelona, its restaurants, bars, areas... all that will be useful to discover the true Barcelona!
The check in time is from 15 h to 21 h. The check-out time is 11 h.
Apartments Be Barcelona will offer to its guests the opportunity to check in and check out at any time of day but we hope you understand that this service has some additional fees and that is subjected to availability of staff and the conditions of the apartment booked:

Check in from 08 h to 15 h: 30 €

Check in from 21 h to 22 h: 30 €

Check in from 22 h: 40 € + 10 € for each additional hour

Check out after 11 h to 22 h: from 50 €, depending on the apartments reserved
